opensnoop: Handle paths with blanks correctly about perf-tools

Thanks -- an unexpected consequence of using $NF. So modern awk's should all have gsub(), so we don't need the manual loop. gsub() could be used to replace spaces with underscores.

Thank you @scotte and @brendangregg - my objective is to ultimately process (as in: copy into a filesystem tree) all files that were accessed. Is there a recommended way of doing this?
