Looks like this is a PHP error with date_parse_from_format

print_r(date_parse_from_format("Y-W-n H", "1975-31-3 22"));

Returns

Array ( [year] => 1975 [month] => 1 [day] => [hour] => 3 [minute] => 0 [second] => 0 [fraction] => [warning_count] => 0 [warnings] => Array ( ) [error_count] => 4 [errors] => Array ( [5] => The format separator does not match [6] => The separation symbol could not be found [7] => Unexpected data found. [9] => Trailing data ) [is_localtime] => )

Ah, I can do

$c = new Carbon('2014W146T1600');

Although it would be nice if createFromFormat understood the week (W) and ISO week day (N) formats?
