Multilanguage support about carbon

I'd gladly take a look at any contributions but personally have no plans on pursuing localization.

Note that this could easily be done by simply adding a formatLocalized (or something) method to Carbon that would basically do that :

return strftime($format, $this->timestamp);

I mean the tools for localization are already in PHP, Carbon just needs a method.
