humanDiff: short form, accuracy, support for timespans about carbon

Not sure when you would want the short version ... how popular is that feature? Pretty easy todo outside the core library anyway.

$noRelation you can already get when needed with the other methods? no?

I think $accuracy is the more interesting of the bunch.

Pretty cool idea. Someone implemented it in a fork for Laravel.
