Hello, I recently downloaded and have been using the Popcorn software for the past few days. However, I’ve been encountering persistent errors, and after checking, I noticed that Popcorn was updated to version 1.1 a couple of months ago. I also tried running the tests provided in the Popcorn/test folder, but I keep running into the same issue. I’m attaching a screenshot of the error — could you please take a look? Thank you. <img width="2338" height="1002" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7527f31b-a65a-43f0-87f6-b24068615bcb" />

In addition, when I used compute to generate the cscore file, I noticed that the chr and pos columns were saved as floats (e.g., 1.0, 2.0, 3.0…) instead of integers (1, 2, 3…). Because of this, when the following code runs, the merged IDs look like chr1.0:1111111.0 instead of chr1:1111111. if self.id_type == 'pos': scores['id']='chr'+scores['chr'].map(str)+':'+scores['pos'].map(str) I think this part might also need to be fixed. I tested with -v 0, -v 1, -v 2, and -v 3, but the issue was the same in all cases. Could you please take a look?

I’ve resolved the issue. It was caused by an incompatibility with the Python version I was using. Originally, I was running Python 3.7, but after upgrading to Python 3.10, the problem was resolved successfully. Thank you for your support.
