Design decisions

• Make dict and list consistent - maybe a dict constructor function that takes key-value pairs
  • Make setter/getter (and probably remove) function same for both dict and list (which will mean renaming)
  • Figure out what to do with haskey - it's the only one without a real list counterpart
• Figure out what to do with iterating over lists containing multiple types
  • An idea is (for $e @e %e in @list (body)), where @e and %e have the value of the atom nil (is null a better idea here?) (not just falsy) if current variable is not a list or dict respectively. Alternatively, we can do some kind of C# pattern matching magic with switch-case.
• Make lambdas fully supported as scalars if they aren't already
• Do we want OOP
• Do we want Cauliflower to have better string escaping
