Incorporating rtsp server into web socket about eufy-security-ws

Had thought about it before, but decided against it due to time constraints and because I already maintain 3 projects in my spare time.
I decided to focus only on the Eufy specific part at the moment, but that gives everyone the opportunity to develop the rest ;)

I see your point, makes sense from time management perspective. I am demanding users to install 2 different dockers now, one for WS and one for rtsp server. I am redirecting incoming chunks to server and streaming video over it. Latency was 12 seconds and dropped to 6 seconds.

By the way having a rtsp server made a huge difference on latency. You can let iobroker users to install the docker to speed up p2p streaming.
