Add conditional rendering to all pages so that there is a message if no data displays

As a dev, I am adding a vertical nav bar to the left margin of the app with buttons for results, saved, and make your own hero.

Add all required component files to build out the project:

As a dev, I need a component that will render the individual favorites for a user.

User can click New Search to navigate back to the home-page/Search view.

I need to render a Search component on the main page so that user can search for comic characters

As a user, when I click the plus button on a characters' card, it should add that character to my saved supers data. If I click it again that character should be removed.

This will display more detailed information about a single character result and will replace the resultView page.

As a dev I need to convert all css files to scss files and import them into the matching js files so that they styling will apply correctly.

Create a Result component to be rendered by ResultView that will in turn render the needed info for one search result

When the user clicks on a result card, the app should navigate to a view with more detailed info about that result. This is the Hero component.

Adjust page so that it continues as the user scrolls down.

As a dev, I need to conditionally style the "+" button based on whether that character is currently "saved". This will let the user know if that character is in favorites or not.

As a dev, I need to install router and sass so I can apply them to this project

As a user, if there is an error in fetching data I need to know what it is. The error message should be accessible.
