Error trying to install, same error using pip and manual install about pylibemu

The file libemu.pc is not contained in the libemu tree but it is generated by pkg-config. This is a strange error. Which distro are you using?

I'm in the same situation.

Package libemu was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libemu.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libemu' found

[root@localhost pylibemu]# locate libemu.pc
/root/pylibemu/build/temp.linux-x86_64-2.7/emu/libemu.pc
/root/pylibemu/build/temp.linux-x86_64-2.7/emu/libemu.pc.in
