How to return play_count either by drive or game, minus penalties about nfldb

@BlackArbsCEO It would help if you could post some of the SQL queries you've been trying. Show some of the results you're getting and also show what you want to get.

Also, on the play table, are you using any of the penalty fields?

This task is pretty trivial with nfldb:
