ObjectID sometimes generates 26 characters about bson-objectid

Gah! I only applied the % 0xFFFF to process.pid :(

We just need to wrap in parens so it applies to both:

var pid = (typeof process === 'undefined' || typeof process.pid !== 'number' ? Math.floor(Math.random() * 10000) : process.pid) % 0xFFFF;

Can submit a PR with that instead?

BTW, I got that % 0xFFFF merged into the bson lib a while back & it has this same issue.
