While providing a toolkit and features is fantastic, if users are unable to quickly get up and running and see how it actually works then they are likely to be put off.
Ideally, it should be a "working" sample, showing an end-to-end project using the features in the best way. But sample scenes showing each feature in use and demonstrating its benefits over traditional patterns also has good value.
