Thanks for identifying that. I moved util into the package, and caught the slurm exception. The slurm code is tailored specifically to our setup here.

Yup, that's the way to go. If you or anyone else who comes across this issue in the future would like to tailor the slurm code to their own cluster, I'd be happy to help with that.

Try pulling the latest and re-running. If it still doesn't work, let me know which script you're working with.
