Animate "rotate" with reference point about animatepaper.js

I'll look into it soonish when I have enough time to do it properly (maybe before the end of the week but if i'm realistic it will probably be in two weeks).

I'll probably take care of the bug you reported in the other issue first though.

Hi,
it took a bit longer than expected but I finally took the time to sit down and work on things, so v1.0.1 is here.

I used your example but used the word center instead of referencePoint to be more consistent with the paper.js doc.
You can use settings.center to provide the center argument (an instance of paper.Point) to rotate and scale. If you want to change both properties with different centers, use rotateCenter and scaleCenter instead.
