back is bigger than the front about bitcoinpaperwallet

That is intentional. It's so that when you cut out the wallet using the front side as a guide, the backside's color will "bleed" all the way to the edges, even if your printer is out of alignment.

Should be by design. You cut out the front, cut of some portion of the back
but it is just background anyhow. So you have a neat and completely colored
back side.
