Hi colleagues!
I consulted one of our UI experts and he meant: if it would be possible to assign ChangeView to each of the mentioned UI services separately (in the corresponding CDS views as an entity) then it would be also possible to annotate each these entities in the corresponding annotation individually.
Would it be possible?
Or is there a limitation that we can re-define change history represenation only for one app?
Could you please help?

Release 1.0.6 now added the possibility to disable the UI facet completely, so that you can create different ones on your own individually, please check it out...
