Extension not working in IE and FireFox about vsts-time-and-effort

Upon further investigation, It appears that all my colleagues were using internet explorer and I was using chrome. When I switched to IE the same thing was happening to me. So, it appears to be a browser issue.
The extension is working in: Chrome, Edge
The extension is not working in: Internet Explorer, Firefox

Sorry for keeping you waiting. I finally had some time to look into this (I pretty much only use Safari on Mac and Chrome on Windows).

My tests with IE 11 and Firefox on Windows 10 were both successful, so the issue seems to be something else.

Are there any javascript errors logged in the console when you open developer tools on either browser?

And could you please provide some more information about the browser versions you tried with?

I'm using IE 11 (11.309.16299.0) and Firefox Quantum (59.0.3 64-bit) on a Windows 10 machine.

There is a lot more information in the FireFox console window. The error message is: "Timed-out waiting for menu source provider for contribution: capecode.cc-time-and-effort.tae-query-budget-context". Please let me know if there is anything more specific that you need.
