Sorry, should have given you more information. It looks like it's coming
from the RVM recipes.

undefined method `verbosity' for "/usr/local/rvm/bin/rvm version\n":String

My deploy scripts are combinations of Ruby and YAML, so I'll try to distill
a simplified one that fails the same way. But perhaps this will help
isolate the problem in the meantime.
