Missing actions in `wp_set_password()`

The `wp_set_password()` implementation in WordPress core calls the `wp_set_password` action, but this is missing from Passwords Evovled. See https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/blob/1aa41dea3345c57cffce9059bbad728c86d1471a/src/wp-includes/pluggable.php#L2861-L2871

Thanks for the heads up! The function code was quite dated. I updated it to match the current WordPress version.
