Forbid named queries in a file with a table that match a column name. about sqldelight

can you give an example?

first_name column and first_name query will create the same constant on the
same type. NameAllocator will append an underscore to the query constant in
that case. Is that acceptable? or do we just forbid it from happening?

forbid probably makes the most sense, yea. good call

seems rare, but better to flag right away than just create a compilation
failure in the generated source.
