Add the ability to set a legacy alias for the command with /wss instead of /wsm about worldeditselectionmanager

I will fix this tomorrow. In addition, the minecraft community and fawe api's aggressive version requirements for dependent libraries are painful, and I may not be able to simply build this for lower versions (1.16.5), because fawe's maven repository deletes the 1.x archives (https://repo.papermc.io/#browse/search=keyword%3DFastAsyncWorldEdit). I need to check my build magic to make it work on 1.16.5.
By the way, it would be great if you can provide jdk version and server version information
