@RomanTaranukha Thank you for your input.
We did consider this shape. However,
Ysabeau uses a true italic shape of /л with the top flattened.
This provides an 'edge' to the design, supports the x-height.
This was a design choice I suggested.
I find the fully curved /л shape a bit out of place for this typeface, being too mellow and handwritten for a Sans.
