Have you installed bazaar? I should re-add the "get the source control tools" section to the "How to hack on Cayley" part of the wiki.

Either use the installer from http://bazaar.canonical.com/en/ or if you have Homebrew installed, run brew install bazaar

Hi there, thought I'd add to this thread instead of opening another issue as it's related. On the appspot demo instance docs (couldn't find the correct source in this repo for it), the instructions have a typo forthe OSX install steps. Instead of:
brew install bazzar mercurial git go

It should be bazaar i.e.
brew install bazaar mercurial git go

Good catch, but as of a few weeks ago, the dependency on bazaar is dropped, so it's all the easier. AppEngine needs an update, but that's on me.
