背景

随着Web 2.0技术的兴起,大量在线Web应用正在悄然地改变着人类的生活模式，对于传统的静态物流配送路径规划系统已经不再适用于动态的应用场景，尤其是以空间众包为代表的大量O2O应用如：人人快递、百度外卖，京东众包等。通过研究和开发动态物流配送路径智能规划系统，为配送人员规划最优的执行任务路径，可以提高配送人员的收益同时也提高了相关平台的效率。

功能

为一个配送员规划最优的执行配送任务的路径使其能执行的任务数量最大化。

步骤

第一步：添加任务集

第二步：添加配送员
