写得太好了！举例真实（各自发挥翻译）。后果也真实（拖慢迭代速度）。
个人觉得可以分 3 步走：对业务概念 1. 统一中文称呼 2. 统一英文翻译 3. 让 接口名字段名/变量名类型名/库名表名 统一使用标准英译。当然，都得提前规划；木已成舟，就如博主所说，很难动了。
猜测：早规划 i18n 的、严肃对待英译的产品，UL 可能更好。
我上一份工作里，由于缺乏 Ubiquitous Language，在有四五年历史的多模块协作时，不断地受苦。
现在在新工作开启一个新项目，立志把 UL 搞好。

小建议：倒数第 4 段「通用语言的问题」可改成比如「缺乏通用语言的问题」。否则不熟悉的读者可能看完不知道「通用语言」是褒义词……
