Public subscription to open public classrooms to clients, which are social programs' user focusen in vulnerability and material benefit asistance.

Client Notification

Client e-mail notification api included notified where and when is the classroom set, and date & time where help material will be delivery in respective city,

Client Digital Validation

Total digital validation process with digital sign and digital generator benefit´s certificates, eliminates 100% paper base documentation, with currently consumpion of 100K units paper A4 at plubic service requirements.

Actually there is 16 operator responsable of social program implementation, each one of the are capable to : -Create classroom. -Config vacancies of each room. -Config territorial scope to each classrroom (regional, province or just 1 city).

Get performance data and static Reports in CSV

Software is capable to create reports in CSV format of suscribed and validated.

Generate Zip with individual PDF

Sofware generate Zip package with N certificates individualized per {social id}.pdf

Administrator resources as online PPT, videos and apps.

on several parallel request , it fails the attendees list update.
