Add functionality to return just a data frame rather than a list about rnssp

An implementation of the function you suggested has been pushed to the dev branch. Please, check it here. Also, feel free to install the version of the package in the dev branch (devtools::install_github("cdcgov/Rnssp@dev")) in order to test the get_essence_data() function you suggested. Depending on the feedback, further improvements and/or testing, we shall determine whether it is worth including this function to the next release of the package.
