Brainstorming:
Either write tests that are programmatically generated that will check specific items in TEI and see if they come out on other side
(this will require more preplanning and dev time to set up)
or
simple tests entered by user that spot check specific items in TEI against the output
(this will require dev or project staff time to add items for tests)
