Some updates, we have the dashboard ready for the public view

Last this we need to do is to update arabica-10 and mocha-4 to see all the versions populated correctly
from networks.

Grooming 12/05/2023:
- Taking this work for beginning of June to fully automate and have a dashboard for this

@Bidon15 and @jrmanes to deploy a new robusta chain with available versions of rcs and demo to teams so we can close this issue and gather more feedback for improvements
