No problems, submissions can take up to two weeks to review and payout

I am trying to submit but any payout address I try gets marked as invalid, what am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure. I don't have any control over the address validation on the gitcoin website. I suggest you reach you reach out to gitcoin support.
