Recently I had issues with CLAPI to recognize/update values with special (not ilegal) characters.
So I had to apply this workaround at setparam function (centreonService.class.php) in order to supply my needs.
```
foreach($params as $key => $param) {
$params[$key] = iconv("UTF-8", "ISO-8859-1", $param);
}
```
May we get a fix for that?
