History:

• remove the docs/history-*.html pages
• remove links to the "history" in the other pages

Changelog:

• replace the text in docs/changelog-en.html with a reference to the changelog in the source code (https://github.com/wet-boew/cdts-sgdc/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md )
• in the source code repo, create a new CHANGELOG-fr.md (based on CHANGELOG.md) and use as reference in docs/changelog-fr.html

FAQ:

• remove the link EKCD from item 7 in our FAQ (https://cenw-wscoe.github.io/sgdc-cdts/docs/faq-fr.html)

Contact Us:

• Fix the French translation as needed

Review and fix all other pages in our GitHub pages as needed

As soon as the documentation is completed here, we need to push over as wet-boew/sgdc-cdts's wiki.

Add a paragraph on the README.md page to talk about the source code repo https://github.com/wet-boew/cdts-sgdc/

Please see wet-boew for the source code of the Centrally Deployed Templates Solution (CDTS) project.

Documentation (english and french) should be update with new features mentioned in 4.0.46.

(Note that for now the files to update would the guide-decl-*.html files - these are the new guide that will become effective once we reveal the document.write replacement. The actual guides are the ones without "decl" in the name, but they will be replaced by the new ones eventually)

I think this is a CDTS issue... Looking if there's something we can do on our side.

We need to add the following definitions in the /docs/intranet-en.html and /docs/intranet-fr.html documentation in both languages.

From this:

The intranet documentation talks about "showPreContent", but there is not example of it. It needs to be added in both the English and French versions.
