I'm planning on adding constraints next, but I should be able to get to vehicle systems after that; possibly have something in by end of next week, though I don't think it'll be too useful without the heightfield shape for terrain - that should be good to go in a couple weeks.
So I suspect vehicles & terrain will be ready in early June - we'll see if I can stick to that plan :)

Time has a way of slipping away -- vehicle systems are now in place and have an example.
