It looks like child objects don't inherit their parent's rotation. I believe the bottom-most child nodes have working rotations but if there's one in the top or middle of the tree then it will break.

I'll get this fixed and pushed up in the next couple of days. Thanks for reporting!

I look forward to seeing the updated code. I'm on holiday at the moment but had another quick crack at fixing by the pool 2 days ago. I wasn't able to fix in the available time :(
