Trained as a computer scientist. I often consider myself an engineer who constantly identifies design tradeoffs and makes strategic decisions. My core interests are not only in the scope of designing a rational program but more focuses on the interaction between human users and computers.

• 🔭 My research focuses on human-in-the-loop optimization systems, which sits at the intersection between human-computer interaction, machine learning, cognitive and social psychology, computer graphics, and system programming.
• 🌱 I love open source and speaks Go, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.
• 📚 I am the author of many software, publications, YouTube videos, and my blog.
• ⚖️ I created the golang.design initiative, and organize it in my spare time.
