I used the code in preprocessing, however, I can only get numpy data .npy from the code. Could you point me how to process the .npy data to 'pickle' format? Thank you!

Hi,
I'm not sure how to handle .npy files, but here's how you can load and save pickle files
https://wiki.python.org/moin/UsingPickle

If you have a numpy array or anything else, just replace favorite_color in the example with that.

Also, note that you can save multiple things to one pickle file, as the author does in lines 14-16, starting at this line:

with open(self.data_filename,'rb') as fp:
