"None Annotations" when running python download_and_convert_data.py about fastmaskrcnn

@ZheC @sebaschaal I solved this problem by creating the directory train/maskrnn in /your/path/FastMaskRCNN. The program doesn't create this directory automatically.

Weirdly, after trying it many times, it just continues after the first "None Annotations" issue (and all consecutive ones). No idea why...

I have an exact same error here. Anyone figures it out?

Some images in the COCO dataset are not annotated. The error raises because when we want to print the "None Annotations .." information in a log file, the file does not exist. I simply comment the "LOG()" line in the 'libs/datasets/download_and_convert_coco.py' file.
