Yes, seeing through dynamic vhosts applied by services is possible. This is known and expected behaviour.

If you have a more aggressive log level, you'll be able to see the obscene amount of AKICK/UNBAN required to execute that, after which you'll be able to remove the users responsible, assuming this is what they're actually doing.
