Copyright statement about chebfun

@Hadrien-Montanelli just pointed out that the copyright statements in Chebfun2 and not consistent with the copyright statements in Chebfun. The Chebfun website address is different. When this is done just before release I hope the grep command can sort this out as well.

I think the entire statement should be the same.

Also, I have a slight preference for http://www.chebfun.org/ over http://www.chebfun.org (both for cosmetic and practical reasons).

grep on branches development, feature-fourtech, and feature-chebfun2-pde indicate that all copyright statements have year 2014. Is there anything else we want to do with this or can it be closed?
