As far as fog examples, I agree, but think we should make a separate blog post or doc on it. You are absolutely welcome to write blog posts, btw--I'll PR for accuracy and put them in the repo. They are under docs/blogs.

I will be blogging, but not until I get it to work :-) Making progress but so far haven't been able to get a node to fully converge and deploy Apache on an ec2 instance using Hosted Chef Server. So far I've gotten it to work where it creates the instance on ec2 but it didn't actually install apache. Also having problems with putting the ec2 specifics into its own ec2.rb recipe.
