Adding a tag for final tests wouldn't help to fix the ordering for any others, so actually using feature naming for this would seem a more general solution. You could probably name the feature starting with a number 01_featureOne, 02_ etc. if that's clearer. I'm not sure it's a common enough requirement to implement a solution.

In general it's not such a good idea to have a required ordering of the tests (it's generally a good idea if each test can be run standalone without any other dependencies on those that come before it)
