Sorry, I'm new to this. I'm unable to get the ports open to setup node server. Can anyone help?
Thanks

I just followed the instructions and used 8060 tcp/udp, when I tried a different port it wouldn't work. It shouldn't matter but for some reason it did. I'm guessing that I had not edited one of the files correctly.
Make sure you give your Roku, and server a static IP, I used DHCP Reservation to make sure my Raspberry PI (Sever) and Roku their own IP (every time). In the firewall setting for your sever, make sure you use your server IP with that port forwarding. The port forwarding is for the server not the Roku. Look on the internet for the manual to your make/model router for port forwarding instructions. Make sure your router firewall settings are not blocking your port.
