We don't have a way to do so, how a DateTime is represented as bytes is an implementation detail.
May I ask your use case?

The debug representation of a date is stable and always YYYY-MM-DD. But you can customize how to format it. And otherwise I suggest the Datelike trait. The methods year() and ordinal() expose the values NaiveDate uses as integers.

I'm building a digest from some dates and other data fields and want to make sure it's stable. I don't know if the string formatted version will change over time whereas the raw bytes is less likely to be
