means there are duplicate records in the blobs database.

Instead of using "Auto", I recommend "Replace" because the DB is compromised in content, not structure, beyond what it can do without PMS running.

Your option is to perform the export (to .sql) manually then create a new blobs db manually and ignore the constraint (duplicates).

This, or running 'repair' as a single step, might give you a better result.
