Extract Help files outside the build into a help.churchcrm.io site... about crm

Ok i moved all the help menu into http://docs.churchcrm.io

now we have to move files from the following sites, but i think they should be there own issues:

i think you got them all but looks like there is an issue with the help system do to some changes you made, If you fixed these then ya we are good to go
