`opensuse-42.1` image build fail about ansible-jupyter.dockerfile

目前已可透過 rpm-build 的方式升上 Ansible 2.3，升級方式請參考 6cb0759 的 opensuse-42.1/Dockerfile。

ansible 2.3.0

  configured module search path = Default w/o overrides

@sakanamax 提到可以使用 systemsmanagement 的套件來源，這樣 Ansible 就可以直接升上 2.2.0.0 了！

安裝 Jupyter

jupyter 目前會安裝失敗？看來是 pyzmq 相關套件有問題。
