Cisco ftd_configuration module not idempotent about ftdansible

Thanks @justjais for opening the issue. We agreed to fix it by updating Ansible module (ftd_configuration) to dedupe arrays with references before sending the request to the API. Then, this playbook will be idempotent. I'll start working on the fix and will let you know once it's resolved.
