Fixing the "Accessed" glitch in CSL 0.8.1 & CSL 1.0 about styles

thanks for making the list - I cannot start working on this before Monday PM US Eastern Time, but happy to help then - let's maybe find a way to split this up reasonably?

Job's all done, for Zotero SVN. I didn't use a schema validator on the changes, so the styles should probably be rechecked before they're turned loose. If they validate, they should all be okay for formatting behavior.

Interestingly, the blocks came in clusters as I worked through the list. I think this means that people writing or adjusting styles have tended to search for useful code immediately above and below their target style in the zotero.org listing, as the fastest way of finding code to recycle.

Would it be possible to have the revised styles validated and pulled to github? If there is a problem with this set of changes, let me know.
