Fix broken images with spaces in filenames about civicrm-user-guide

Having spaces within an image name does not cause a broken link. I agree we we would be better of without them, but don't see this a a high priority.

For me, removing the space did resolve the issue, so I reported it & included screenshot.

I could possibly have better phrased it: "Spaces within resource filenames may require special handling on the part of content authors, and omitting this may result in broken images."

Either way, agree it's not high priority, but it might also improve things for users (to not see missing images) and authors (to not require special treatment of filenames).
