Best way to hide a field in the Additional table about ckanext-scheming

If "display_snippet": null isn't working then that's a bug. "form_snippet": null is how we hide form snippets and I'd like display_snippet to behave the same way.

If private is one that should be excluded by default let's fix that too. I'm not very happy with how the excluded list is defined in the template right now. I think it would be better to have some default "display_snippet": none values for specific fields in the schema instead (so it's easy to override or add more excluded items)

@wardi apparently resource fields do not have hiding with display_snippet: null

Although it would be easy to fix, I also think that this feature should be documented.

What might be generally useful would be a parameter that lets Scheming fields be set to "private" so that they only render under the same conditions as Form Profiles will be discoverable: if a user is a mamber of an Organization, they can see Private Dataset pages, but also for Public datasets otherwise discoverable by non-authenticated users, they would see "private" Additional fields.
